A garage is suitable for conversion by checking the headers, 2x4’s ,electrical, HVAC and to make sure it the structure free from water/dry.

Making sure the floor joist are 2x10 and 16 inch centers. Installing headers, Micro-lams if needed and checking the structure

Installing new micro lam header, Installing 2x10 floor joist , Installing 3/4 tongue and groove subfloor. Glue and nail sub floor down to joist. Build new 2x4 walls , installation , electrical, drywall.
