You know this is the best trainer you can have after she makes you realize you are stronger after doing little eye movements and/or foot and leg movements. I’ve never realized the potential I had until I started working with Cassi.

Cassandra has done an awesome job. I am able to describe what is ailing me, and she has always been able to provide relief. She works on posture and balance as well as muscle control. She also works with each person individually and tailors the exercises to their needs.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Through clear communication and assessments we will establish where you currently are with your fitness and wellness. Once you choose your primary goals I'll develop an individualized plan and work with you each step of the way to obtain your goals.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

For you to achieve your dream body the first step is to develop a clear image of what you want your body to look like, how you want your body to feel, and what you want your body to be capable of doing. Once that image is crystal clear for you break down the goal of achieving your dream body into small daily tasks you can do. Creating your dream body is achieved through small daily actions and habits, accumulating results over time.

What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people discover how much they are really capable of. When a client of mine reaches their goal they usually set a new more difficult goal. Watching someone realize they are capable of accomplishing things they hadn't even considered before is amazing. I am so happy to contribute to someones growth as an athlete or healthy person.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I desired more freedom in program design and business processes. I wanted to provide more options for people and make a path to a healthy life style more accessible.
