Mirror the Moment is great - highly recommended. Richard is extremely responsive, easy to work with, helpful, and reasonably priced, which is exactly what you need when you’re planning a large event like a wedding or a birthday party. I wanted a specific logo on the layout for the printed out pictures and he was able to accommodate the request. The props he has are really fun. Guests love them. My event planners and I needed certain paperwork filled out for our vendors and he turned it around very quickly. In person, Richard is extremely easy to get along with. I’ve requested quotes from 6 different companies and Richard was the first to respond. He gave me great prices for everything we needed for my niece's sweet sixteen. I then received a quote from another company which was double the prices and I still haven't heard back from the other 4 companies! Once I decided to go with Richard, he then started the process the same day. We have been in constant communication since we have changed a couple of details for the party. We used the company recently for a military event. I highly recommend Richard and his wife for any occasion. They were very professional and the whole concept was very neat. They came with all the props and we were able to select the artwork we wanted for photo strips. Very reasonable with no hassles. Richard with Mirror the Moment was the hit of our wedding. I first found this unique photobooth on The Knot and immediately reached out via email. Right away, he was so generous, informative and genuinely excited to be a part of our special day. He worked so hard to ensure we got the backdrop and photo template exactly how we wanted. After speaking to the owner, Richard I instantly felt at ease about booking with him.
