I just started coming to this facility recently and so far the people that work here have been very helpful, not only for myself, but for my family as well. What I like about this company is that they take their time to help you do your taxes and don't rush. The staff is very helpful and they want you to learn and understand what is going on with your taxes. They want to support you in any way possible. Also, the staff members at this facility are very polite and friendly. The tax preparer help prepare and file your return and they do so by doing everything electronic, which makes it fast and efficient and corrects any mistakes. This was the first time I did my taxes with Miranda & Associates. My experience couldn't have been any better! The guy who helped me was very organized, and guided me through every step to ensure I understood the entire process. I know I asked a lot of questions but he was patient and kindly answered them thoroughly. We got through everything a lot faster then I though we would. Wasn't happy with the last tax service I used so I thought I'd give Miranda & Associates a try. Right when I walked in I was greeted by the courteous staff and enjoyed some water while I waited. Edwin Morales was the one who helped me out. I can't say enough about how friendly, patient and professional he was with me. AWESOME SERVICE!!! Bessie and Edwin are great - I started using Miranda & Associates about 4-5 years ago when I was referred by a co-worker. I have since then referred so many family members and friends, who swear by this office. I refuse to go anywhere else after the service that I have received from Bessie, Edwin & Sara all these years. Exceptional business!!! They take pride with how they take care of you and your taxes. I was greeted by a very nice lady name Sara who was so welcoming and she told me I would just have to sit for a little bit and someone would be out to take care of me. I only had to wait a short 10 minutes and then a nice young man greeted me and his name was Edwin. He made me feel very comfortable and took care of my taxes better than expected. Thank you Betsy! ! I've never met a lady that takes so much pride doing her work and is all about getting all you deserve. Â Coming here is nothing like going to other taxes Whrre they try to cheat you for your money.Betsy literally sits down with you and goes over all the things you can claim. I have learned so much from coming here! Parking can be a b*tch! Ughh it's terrible so if you do come here try to make your appointments early or later in the evening since she doesn't close till 8. Betsy is not the type to turn people away, Â I mean it's a money business right? Why would she? Last year I had made an appointment at 8pm and with the wait I didn't get out till nearly 10pm! It waa SO worth the wait after that money comes into that account! Â Her office hours are Monday through Friday 1030am to 8pm and Saturday from 1pm to 6pm.
