It's rare to find anyone that puts the amount of effort and pride into any type of work these days that Victor puts into his.  He is one of the most professional and hard working people I've met and the amount of attention to detail that he puts into his work is something to be admired and respected.  Victor stopped by to help clean my mother's apartment. I signed back on to Yelp just so I could write this review. I have never in my life ever, ever, ever crossed the path of more honest, hard-working and thorough cleaning-business owner. My house is cleaner now as a result of the hard work of Victor and his wonderful assistant (I'm so sorry that I forgot her name at the moment). Listen to this: despite the initial estimate of just about three or four hours, Victor was here scrubbing everything - baseboards, walls, windows, window sills, doors - everywhere....for probably about double that amount of time. He worked until he was exhausted. He was here until night time. I had to get everything done that day, being booked and having guests and meetings here every day right after. He did it. With grace, kindness, gentleness. It would be enough that he did an astounding job - but to be such a good human being...the best kind of added bonus. Bravo Victor. Miraculous Cleaning came to my rescue.  I live in Northern California and I was in desperate need of a good cleaning service for my rental property in Pasadena.  Since I had 21 days to give my tenants back their deposit I was on countdown.  I looked at several companies on Yelp and some of the prices were outrageous for cleaning my townhome so I kept looking for days.  I was about to give up until I saw five stars from other customers stating how happy they were with this company.  I contacted them through Yelp and stated what I wanted and Victor responded right away.  His estimate was more of what I was looking for.  I wrote a list of things that I wanted him to address.  My daughter lives in the area so she met Victor at my home.  I reserved the 5pm time slot but Victor asked could he come a bit earlier which was fine by me.  My daughter gave him the list and with no hesitation Victor said he would take care of it.  My daughter was very impressed with him and told me that I would not be sorry for hiring this company.  I asked Victor could he write out what he did on the receipt so I could give it to my previous tenants since they were going back and forth that the place was left clean.  I would recommend this company to anyone not only looking for a good cleaning service but also a company that is professional and who takes care of the needs of the customer.  If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I have been on Yelp a handful of times trying to find a house cleaning company that I can rely on. Some expect too much money upfront to get started, others expect supplies upfront otherwise costs go up, and others don't really know how to clean. Definitely happy with my experience with Victor!I tried another cleaning company before Miraculous Cleaning and after they left, I noticed they missed some obvious marks which is why I didn't re-hire them. So I turned to Yelp to find someone else. I requested a quote and Victor responded quickly. I corresponded with him a few times letting him know what I wanted and provided details of my house. I was surprised they were able to come so quickly but it worked out and was easy to schedule since we were home.  The crew arrived at the exact scheduled time.  I reviewed with them my "to do" and "do not" list.  I didn't need things like laundry or dishes to be done but I wanted them to focus on windows (we have plantation shutters which look nice but are a pain to clean), showers, appliances, and floors.  They did a great job.The price was comparable to the other cleaning services so I guess that's the norm?  2 cleaners for 3 hours for a 2-story house with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.Thank you, Victor! Victor does an excellent job cleaning our apartment! We've had him over to clean a couple of times now and every time he leaves, the place feels like it's brand new again. We have lots of decorations and little knick knacks all around, and Victor always takes the utmost care in cleaning around and underneath them and making sure everything is back in its proper place when he's done. It's nice to have someone we can trust to help keep our home nice and clean since we simply don't have time to do things like wipe down the walls and vacuum in between the couch cushions. Victor is the best!He was recommended to be my a friend and I'm so happy I met him and know to use his services.The first time I hired him, it was a 1-man job - he cleaned for 7 hours, and even took empty cardboard boxes with him that I needed to toss out. He's friendly, direct, and efficient.The second time - because I was so pleased with his work the first time - I brought him to do a major job at my parents house which is much bigger so he brought a second pair of hands. Victor and his crew are superheroes in my book.  I can't say enough wonderful things about their integrity,  service and product.   I have severe arthritis,  and my home had fallen in horrendous conditions,  very dirty, from lack of cleaning as well as it being a 1915 house very open to the elements.   Miraculous Cleaning worked 5 hours straight for a reasonable price.   The results were so outstanding that I almost cried with joy.  In addition,  they have a wonderful online method of booking should you wish to utilize it.  They are the best cleaning service I've ever had. First let me start by saying I'm normally not the "leave a review" type, but I have had such a great experience with Miraculous Cleaning that I had to share. Victor is the best. Hands down. I remember our first meeting because after I had finished showing the apartment he immediately started with the top of my fridge. I have had numerous cleaners from other services and never had any of them cleaned the top of my fridge (which was a greasy disaster). When I arrived back home my jaw dropped at how pristine of a job had been completed. His attention to detail is impeccable! And just about the nicest individual I have met. On one occasion there was a small accident where a spoon rest had broke while cleaning and though I told him numerous times that it was no big deal, he had the integrity to replace it with a beautiful set of spoon rest. Victor even walked my dog once while I was out because my dog was causing a ruckus! You can not ask for better service. Punctual, polite, kind, and just an all around great personality.
