Entire process has been a nightmare, from the time he stepped foot in my home he was extremely arrogant. What we discussed for a plan, was not what was delivered, and he did not listen to what I had asked for. Despite me trying to explain things, he was insistent and spoke to me like I had no idea what I was talking about because I was a woman. Extremely challenging to work with, was paid in full and then when my contractor contacted him to ask questions he was extremely arrogant and defensive. Billed for more than agreed upon after the job was completed and had receipt saying paid in full. Felt that he tried to take full advantage because I was a woman, and he thought I didn’t know. Perfect example of when a woman takes her car to a mechanic and gets taken advantage of. Actually had to pay to use a new engineer/architect after paying him because it was that inconvenient.
