Terrific experience. I travel extensively for business and find myself in car services nationwide more than I am in my own car. I used Mint Life for a pick up at ATL to Buckhead and the return to ATL at 4am. All staff on phone were professional, I like the email notifications with confirmation and driver contact info. I live in 2 states, so I fly back and forth a lot - and leaving my car in the airport for long periods of time is not affordable.  So I looked up online the limo company with the best reviews, and went with Mint Life Limousine.  So after more than dozen drop-offs and pick-ups, I can safely say this is an excellent service that has always taken very good care of me!  Jim is my favorite driver (he is so friendly and nice!) - although I haven't had a bad one yet.  Recently, this company started using an email system where they email me to: 1) remind me the day before, 2) email me the day of with the driver who is picking me up and their phone number, and 3) email me when the driver is dispatched to me.  There is no guesswork, and they are always reliable.  I usually like them to come inside and get me when they pick me up from the airport, and they never complain about having to do so and always help me with my bag (which is usually heavy since I'm a female and haven't learned how to avoid packing a lot!).  Go with mint life, you won't regret it! Giovanni Sample is the absolute best! She took my reservation and made sure all of the particulars were carried out - and they were! Her phone etiquette and customer service are incredible. My entire family from South Dakota and Wisconsin came to visit me and I wanted to do something special for them when they arrived. This was truly the BEST experience ever!!! The driver was EARLY, which is always better than "on time" and very professional. The car was VERY clean and I have to say this operation ran PERFECT from the first moment I called to make the reservation to the outstanding service I received in route to my destinations from the driver. Had a great experience.Took wife and kiddies for a trip and had them pick us all up at the house (6 people plus luggage) and then return us (7 people plus luggage).  They were on time, courteous, didn't talk our ears off, yet were nice.I will consider them in the future if I need a ride by myself as well to the airport.P.S. The kiddies were blown away by the ride and the free drinks - if you consider what parking by itself would have cost, it's justified that way. More...
