I would like to inform that post fake reviews 5 stars is easy, just ask to some friends. This instead is my real review as customer of Mint Homes Agency in Kendal, a ghost agency.
In Kedal we rent Flat Peartree Bank for 1 year. After only 3 days , the Landlord appear and told us " Don't leave the light in the garden on" .They gave us the property with the guarantee of having parking behind the house. I never found it. I was forced to park at booths paying £ 70.00 pounds per month otherwise I would have had to park 15 minutes' walk from home. The property is old and the walls allow water to enter creating mold, now the agency has deducted our deposit of £ 120.00 to clean this mold, they are just thieves, thieves, thieves. Appointment on Monday at the end of the month for the return of keys, we introduce ourselves, they are not in the office, completely unprofessional. Stay away from this agency, they will steal your deposit. Meanwhile, we start legal action.

I rented with Mint homes for a year and a half, very professional and they were quick to resolve any problems with the house. I am surprised by the amount of negative reviews as I only had a positive experience with them. As long as you pay your rent on time and don't damage the property there will be no problem getting your deposit back. I would rent with them again and I would recommend. More...
