Having experienced poor builders on previous projects, we obviously were nervous how this project would go, we should not have been as John and his team were amazing from day one. Punctuality and productivity was second to none – even on the days when the weather was not kind to them.The standard of work was amazing and John and his team ensured that every part of the construction was to the highest standard. Have to add, we were very impressed with the care and attention to detail they showed during this build, which meant we had the confidence to just step back and let them create our dream.Also have to mention on how tidy they were, at the end of each day everything was cleared away and rubbish bagged up and removed.I would not hesitate recommending Mint Build and have already enlisted their experience and knowledge to complete some other jobs on our home.Go on!!! I had moved into a new apartment and needed urgent work doing on the bathroom. John and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process, especially considering this was my first experience of requiring building work. They fitted an entirely new bathroom including walk-in shower, new toilet and sink, spot lighting, and heated towel rail. They also fixed a serious problem with the floor where an old leak had rotted away the foundations. Highly recommend the Mint Build team. From quotation through to completion of the works, John was extremely professional. He visited the site a number of times during the quotation process to ensure all details were accurate and we knew exactly what to expect from the works . When the works were taking place, we vacated the property. The Mint Build team updated us daily on progress with photos and looked after the property beyond expectation, covering up and moving all of our belongings (and even taking our bins out when we forgot). Can't recommend John and team highly enough. This work took some planning as we weren't sure which option was the best for our house. John was extremely helpful and experienced in advising us which options might suit us best. He was very knowledgeable and his expertise led us to a decision that uses the space available incredibly well. The quality of the work is second to none and the customer service along the way made the whole process stress free. Mint build reappointed our house in early 2018 we were so impressed with the work and service provided later this year we used them again to build a retaining wall . The builder provided us with a thorough and detailed costing of the job and was able to start work very quickly. The job was completed to a very high standard and on time. I was consulted whenever there was a optional variation to the final finished build. All the tradesmen used throughout the project were quick, professional and cleaned up behind them.
