We offer Pilates and rehabilitation, running local classes for beginners to intermediate levels (mixed male and female), along with private or small group sessions.
Our therapist works using hypnotherapy, life coaching and various other techniques, such as CBT to create a personalised program for your fears, phobias, confidence issues, restrictions or addicitions. Not only working face to face for sessions but also via Skype or phone if needed. These all yield great results!
