Who are you talking to? Put yourself in their shoes, what are they thinking, feeling, and doing?
Describe your creative process.
Everything starts with your brand. We like to get to know you, your business, and your goals. Then we look at who you are looking to engage with, and what emotions we are trying to trigger within them. Then we look at what you are trying to achieve with any marketing, is it to drive new leads, increase online conversions, drive brand awareness etc.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We use smart on-boarding to ask a number of key questions about you, your brand, your missing, vision, and goals. It's short, concise but enables us to get to know you from the beginning.
What do you love most about your job?
Collaborating with clients to help them grow their business and get excited about their brand.
