I came to Salon Mink after trying four other places in the area. I don't have difficult hair in any way, so I'm not sure why I kept getting bad hair cuts! Anyway, enough negativity; let's get to the good stuff. I'm trying to grow my hair out, and it's at the short bob stage. I was running errands one morning and decided to stop at Salon Mink to see if they had any walk-in appointments available, and they did. That's how I ended up as one of Ashley's clients. I love her! She gave me exactly what I wanted, and continues to do so as she helps me grow out my short cut. She even gives me what I want when I don't know that's what I want -- I went in for a neck trim one morning and sullenly asked for her to "just cut it all off." Instead of proceeding, she said "did you just go through a breakup? Because I don't think you actually want to go short again." Of course, she was right on both counts.I've only had haircuts and single process color done by Ashley, but I have no complaints about either. She takes her time with me and is very meticulous when separating out the gray streak I have in the front of my hair during coloring, so I can keep my Rogue-like appearance intact. SARAH IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Great hair dresser!! I've been getting my hair done with her for the past 2 years! She saved my hair from being burnt and thin. We went from a raggity gross brown/ silver to the blonde that I am now! I even trust her with my extensions. Ask for Sara you wont be disappointed. I have been getting lash extensions from Lara for a few months now and I've never disappointed with her work! She does an amazing job, and really takes her time when applying my lashes so I know the health of my natural lash is also being maintained. She is very realistic and will educate you on the health of your natural lashes so you know which route is best for you before even applying the extensions. I love love love this salon. I had trust issues with my hair even though I only get it trimmed. Emily cut my hair so perfectly. I walk in and get a mimosa, then a shampoo scalp massage! She always brushes out my hair and uses nice products. Then she offers to straighten or curly my hair. It makes the price sooooo worth it. I love going to get my hair done now, it's like a lottle pamper session. Sam cuts my moms hair, which is super fine and short. My mom has never loved a haircut so much. Love! Went in for subtle Carmel highlights and a light trim, Katie my stylist did an amazing job! She listened to exactly what I wanted! She gave amazing customer service!! 10/10. I can't recommend MINK enough. I had eyelash extensions done by Lara last week for the first time ever. Unfortunately, I had a bad reaction to the surgical adhesive. When I messaged this page, she instantly got back with me and let me come in *after hours* to have them removed. Though the experience was not ideal, Lara handled everything incredibly professionally and was so calm and sweet the entire time. She even reached out to me the following day to check on me. My whole family thinks Salon Mink is FABULOUS! From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by the always friendly Saidat, you know you are in good hands. My husband and sons enjoy the relaxing straight razor shaves from Erick after their haircuts. Lara makes my eyes "sparkle" with her lash extensions. Samantha does a fantastic job of highlighting and cutting my waist length hair (and doesn't even complain about how long it takes! :) When I got married last year, they took care of not only my family, but all the bridesmaids too - hair & makeup. They made us all look more beautiful than we could ever have imagined - and, with 40+ year-old women, that's saying something! The only thing better, though, than their style and service, are the people that work there. Rebecca is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had in my life, I was dealing with a scalp condition and Rebecca never made me feel insecure about it and was extremely knowledgeable about my condition and ways I can help it out! I came back to her for the second time today wanting to get my haircut short for the first time in 2 years I was nervous about what to get and I have to say Rebecca walked me through everything and I could tell she loves what she does. I am 100% happy with my haircut today and how she helped me out so much. I would literally recommend her to anybody that asks me who is a reliably stylist!!!
