You have to try the milkshake! It has donuts blended inside and more out side! I also tried the Oreo and the PBJ. It was well worth my drive from Tacoma and I'll be going back soon!

We found this place on our way to a cruise. It was so good! When we got back into town, we went back! The owners are so kind! They let us sample several kinds. This is a cute little location. Good place to experience the new donut craze. I have driven by the business many times so decided to stop by on a lazy Saturday afternoon. The parking was super easy and we were the only customers there so we  were helped right away. The gal behind the counter was extremely passionate about the donuts and happily answered all our questions and made suggestions in most popular flavor. We picked 2 flavors: cinnamon sugar and maple glaze/bacon.  She quickly made our order right in front of us, and sent us home with little to go boxes of deliciousness.  Food quality:  the donuts themselves were great!! The were perfectly light and crispy and still slightly warm from production. I love them! The ratio of toppings to donut was spot on.  My only suggestion for the Donut Pig-Out flavor (maple glaze and bacon) would be to make the bacon super crispy.  The bacon that was on the donut itself, reminded me of bacon that goes on Cobb salad- kind More...

My husband had tried some mini doughnuts at our daughters school carnival and we were immediately in love! This morning we stopped by for our first in house experience. We were greeted by the friendly gentlemen behind the counter and made some small talk while looking over their many menu options. He went over a few of them with us and we went ahead and ordered. My husband got the donut my apple pie and I got donut be cheesy with strawberry glaze. Honestly though I could easily eat their donuts plain. Not sure why I haven't dropped in here before.  Probably because it's way too close to home and PROBABLY because I intuitively knew that it wasn't a good idea because PROBABLY I would like this place and it could PROBABLY become a habit.  I ordered the 14 mini doughnuts to go.  Some with powdered sugar,  some with cinnamon and the rest with honey and toasted coconut.   Man oh man!  The bag barely made it the 7 blocks to my home.  The toasted coconut were the best!  Served warm and smelling like my grandmother's kitchen, these snacks were delicious.   Right on the main drag of Des Moines....it's an easy place to pull over and get some treats.   Their menu boasts lots of other toppings, glazes and concoctions all made with doughnuts. This is a great way to start off your day the owner is so happy all the time him and his wife it's a mom and pop shop they have all these creative concoctions that taste so good I would definitely say the mini donut is a stop if you are in Des Moines it is a must do this in the Chowder House across the street have to be the highlights of Des Moines so next time you're by stop on in have a few Donuts coffee and walk the marina

This place is great! They have a rewards system that sends you reminders that I haven't been in awhile! I've been served by 2 of the staff when I've been there and they were both the most friendliest people & I came in close to closing. The donuts were fresh and made in front of me. Oh yum this is my go to place for donuts. They're always fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly. I ventured out of my normal powdered and opted for maple bacon glazed and I don't regret it one bite!  I love to support small business.
