Steam Genie did a fantastic job on my very light beige carpets.  I was contemplating just replacing the carpet or having it cleaned.  I decided to try one more time to clean it!  I was blown away how well they cleaned and removed the stains.  In the past others were not close to the work Nasser did.  I hadn't planned on having our kitchen tile cleaned but after I saw the carpet results I asked if they could do the  tile and grout.  It is white again!  Very good work, priced very reasonably.  I recommend Steam Genie! Ummm, how come this company doesn't have social media. I don't know. But they just cleaned my carpet and I was amazed at how they got all the stains out. Absolutely the best carpet/tile/floor cleaning service in San Diego. We are listing our house for sale and were aware that a carpet credit may be a necessity, but my realtor told me to call Nasser at Steam Genie and get an appointment. In addition to the carpet, I asked Nasser about tile cleaning, and he grouped everything into the same day. I can't believe how clean the tile and grout were once service was done! He spent ample time without rushing it and it really shows. The carpet looks almost new as well, and has saved us from having to offer a carpet credit with the home sale! Best carpet cleaning service I have ever hired! If these guys don't get the junk out of your carpet it means you need new ones.  Their rotary machine is magical. As a Realtor, it's crucial for me to have top level service providers for our clients.  Nasser and his team at Steam Genie are my favorite carpet cleaners.  They're friendly, easy to schedule, prompt, and most importantly they do a great job. His machine is different from the other companies. - he can give you the details- but the bottom line is that it works miracles. I had a client with a rental property with 8 year old carpet.
