Mindfulness Coaching is a facilitated process through which a person can gain a deeper insight into the working of their minds through both newly developed psychological techniques and centuries old practices.

The mindfulness counselling that I received from James had a significant and wonderful impact on my life. I initially went to James because I was unsure of the reasons behind some of my feelings that I was experiencing and did not know how to address these feelings. Through the mindfulness techniques that we applied during the therapy sessions I received clear internal revelations. I also learned what to do when experiencing feelings such anxiety, discomfort and sadness. With his help I opened gateways to my deeper self which led to the most beautiful self-discovery. This led me to take steps towards living as my true self and the journey is still continuing. He showed me how to not run away from the uncomfortable feelings that I sometimes feel but to sit with them, embrace them, stay present within all of it, and astonishingly this led me to the most glorious spiritual freedom.
James is a wise and caring therapist with great insight and instinct. He has a gift in helping people and applies this very well.

Mindfulness counselling truely saved and helped me during a very hard time in my life. I truly think that the holistic approach of Mr James my counselor,brought about clarity and add to my situation. I would fully argue for mindfulness counselling and coaching over conventional pyschcology. As it leads to a very balanced view on things and do to the method of the counseling and counseler it is very self driven which leads to great personal resolve on all issues involved. More...

Assisting my clients with creating value, purpose and a sense of clarity in their lives gives me a great sense of fulfilment.
