Lincoln listened intently and with tremendous insight quickly narrowed down a few main focus items which helped guide the discussion and provided tangible ways of processing otherwise disentangled thoughts.

Lincoln has the ability to keep me questioning myself and even his methods but strangely the end result always seems to be a feeling of both untangling and heightened creative energy. Go figure!

I have been working with Mind Strength Balance for some time now and he has helped me work through several issues including how my childhood has affected my present being and how to work through those problems.
