What do you love most about your job?
The best part of being a therapist is the privilege we are given by our Clients to assist them in finding stability and fulfillment in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The goal was to create an agency in Richmond, VA that was as all encompassing in its scope as possible. The Mind Health Center is pleased to offer treatment for trauma, addiction and substance abuse counseling, grief counseling, dual diagnosis treatment, relationship and sexual issues counseling, as well as treatment for depression, anxiety, stress, and general life issues. Due to the number and specialty of our Clinicians, we work with with Clients across the age spectrum from teenagers to Senior Citizens.
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer an environment for our Clients where they are able to feel safe and welcome. Our Clinicians partner with you to help you achieve your goals. We offer sessions throughout the week and some clinicians offer sessions on Saturdays and Sundays. For your convenience, we have an online Client Portal at www.mindhealthcenter.net where you can request appointments, securely communicate with your Clinician, submit and receive paperwork and pay session fees. Our goal is to make seeking and managing therapy as simple as possible so that you can focus on the most important thing, getting better. We look forward to speaking with you and learning how we can partner with you to achieve your goals!
Teletherapy
Now offering teletherapy! We can offer you all the benefits of face to face counseling at the time and PLACE of your choosing. This service is extremely simple to operate and can be accessed through a computer, tablet or mobile phone, and we are happy to work with you to make sure it is effortless and stress-free!!
In-person Counseling Sessions
At the Mind Health Center, we have five Clinicians with unique offerings and abilities. We can treat most mental issues and we do offer trauma therapy, addiction counseling, sexual health, and relationship and marriage counseling.
