Being someone who is no where near physically fit I dreaded my first session with Justin.. .. there was no need. He pushed without being pushy, encouraged and motivated me no end and I have never worked so hard during a workout. . .or enjoyed it so much!!! Best thing I ever did! More...

I've done running/basic gym (on & off!) for years but, good thing with this for me is its pushing to the absolute limit, and getting your head around training too, so needless to say - 'Highly Recommended!'

I love and HATE Justin...I guess if you don't hate your PT at some point then they aren't doing their job right.
If you're looking for someone that will guide you and lead you. Then Justin is your guy.
If you're looking for someone that is intimidating and someone that will scream at you to lift more. Justin Isn't for you.

Justin TEACHES you so you understand the exercises so it's easy to relate to.
Literally changed the way I exercise now!

After damaging my arm whilst rock climbing and needing time to heal whilst attending physio, Justin showed me all of the perfect exercises in order to regain strength to get me back out on the rocks.
Justin covered all of the exercises that followed what he called 'movement patterns' (might have got it wrong) whereby I trained in a similar style as I would climb. Justin also taught me so much about dietary and lifestyle choices. It was an incredibly interesting, thought-provoking and physically intense training session - I would 100% recommend such an understandable and friendly yet brutal and hard working trainer. You'll get what you're looking for here.

While the sessions were tough, I thoroughly enjoyed them and I feel like I've turned a corner with my training. Justin gave me a great insight into how each muscle actually works and grows, and I'm sure he could sit and talk for hours about how the body works. .. he knows his stuff.

I've known Justin for a long time now and have watched his progress from multi disciplined fighter to Soldier and now PT and life coach. This week I have been lucky enough to have the chance to experience some of his training methods and tap into that wealth of knowledge. I can assure anyone thinking of doing a session with Justin that they will not regret it, just as long as you're willing to put in the work!

Whether it's a particular part of your training you are struggling with or something new you want to learn, Justin has pretty much been there and done it all and has no sense of ego about him in his teaching manner.

I left my two sessions in bits physically but relaxed and focussed mentally and I'm pretty sure that's the aim of the game right?

If anyone is thinking about getting into the gym but not knowing where to start Justin is the best person to go to! Since leaving university I found I was doing absolutely nothing but sitting at my desk at work. I'm the least sporty person and always hated anything to do with exercise (apart from horse riding!) but I really wanted to try and tone up and build a bit of muscle. Going into a gym was so far out of my comfort zone and so intimidating I did not know how long or if I would stick to it, however Justin has been so incredibly patient and encouraging throughout every session that I am still training with him every single week, 6 months down the line! No it has not been at all easy, there have been many 'I can't' moments, a lot of aching, sweat, a few tears and many times I felt like I could so easily walk out and never come back.... BUT Justin never gave up on me even though I've probably been quite difficult at times! Thanks to him I have gained so much more confidence in the gym, and outside of it and have turned the 'I cant's' into 'I can'!! More...
