I visited Mind & Body to treat myself to a pedicure today, and I wasn't disappointed. I loved the lower leg and foot massage that came as part of the package and was really pleased with the overall result of pampered feet and sparkly toe nails. Mandy herself is easy to talk to and makes you feel completely cared for and relaxed while you are receiving your treatment. Wow!! just had the most amazing facial ever with Mandy and also a back scrub and massage. I can say that after many years of facials and treatments at various salons this is the best ever.
The cabin is quite unique, very calming and relaxing a great way to unwind and allow a beauty expert to improve how you look and feel Thank you Mandy I left feeling fantastic.

All I can say is wow! I have just had a full body massage and it was an hour very well spent! I knew I had tension in my back and shoulders but didn't realise how bad until the massage started. More importantly I didn't realise I was holding tension in other parts of my body which was worked on. The cabin is a very relaxing space and I have left totally chilled out. I was given advice about things I can do at home to reduce the tension showing just how knowledgeable Mandy is. I CANNOT wait until my next back massage. Thank you so much.
