We aim to give the best service and advice possible to our clients and offer an impeccable customer service.

We offer will writing for single wills or for couples having mirror wills. Will writing for co-habitating couples. Will writing for businesses and company directors.

Sometimes basic wills are not enough to cover your estate. We therefore can look at all aspects of your estate, savings, property and business interests.

If you are a Sole trader or company director, you need to plan for an eventualities that may happen. The death of a director can cause all kind of issues within a company if your wishes don't get carried out or if you die intestate. However sometimes the passing of a director is not the issue. What happens if a director looses the capacity to act and no provisions are made? This can be a costly and lengthy excerise for the remaining directors or your family.

Our in-house advisor can help with tailoring your estate planning to your financial circumstances.

The pace of life can be at such a rate and can take over. Planning what happens to your children if the unthinkable happens to both parents can get missed. Who looks after the children? If not addressed, sometimes the children may not be looked after who you would like. Social services can make a decision that maybe you necessarily would make yourself. If a family member is asked to be a guardian for your kids, can they afford to carry out the task? Give us a call and find out the best way to plan guardianship for your kids.

We are partners with several funeral care plan providers, offer advice across the range of products. We current have a special offer of £100 discount on the main Funeral Plan packages along with drafting your FREE Will (worth £99.00)
