We recently used Basil from Mimosa gardening services, he is a actually a horticulturalist. He was very knowledgeable, punctual and efficient and did some quite complex tasks for us that I wasn’t sure a less qualified gardener could have done.

What do you love most about your job?
Going to a garden and seeing how it gets transformed from start to finish.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to start my own gardening services and having studied horticulture in the Netherlands, worked for many growers and landscape companies in the USA, the Netherlands and the UK gaining lots of experience I decided that it was time to set up Mimosa Garden Services and help people and seeing their gardens transform.
Why should our clients choose you?
Horticultural minded, grower, gardener with a stack of knowledge. I work fast and deliver what I say I will do.
Mowing
Cutting the grass to a desirable height and for the health of the lawn. Edging when and where needed.
Pruning
Pruning of shrubs, trees and plants as and when this is required. Pruning is also done when tidying a garden or making it winter/ summer ready.
Planting
At Mimosa garden services we plant up hanging baskets, planters and with the help of our local plant suppliers we can plant up a nice plant display in the garden. Subject to choice and availability. We also grow our own variety of perennial plants and can help with an 'allotment' set-up at your home if required.
