Stephanie did 3 different photo sessions for us, and we could not have been happier with them! We first met Stephanie to do our maternity photos last Aug (2018). I wasn’t sure how I would like it because I didn’t feel too photogenic with my big belly ;) But Stephanie made my husband and I feel so comfortable and the photos turned out so beautiful, treasures to keep and look back on. When our daughter Juliet was born Stephanie took newborn photos at 7 days old. She blew us away with how natural she was with her - as new parents watching it looked like she was a baby whisperer haha. Our little one was so comfy and slept pretty much the whole time. We absolutely love the photos and made several frames to hang in our home. Thirdly, we booked with Millie Jean to photograph my family as a request from my parents for their 40th wedding anniversary. It was a cold day in November but she brought us to a beautiful location that still had wonderful colours on the trees for a fall photo session. The pictures turned out great and my parents were thrilled. We can’t wait to work again with Stephanie in the future - definitely for Juliet’s 1st birthday! :) More...

I could tell from the start of the morning that my newborn was NOT about to be cooperative for her photoshoot with Millie Jean Photography. Sure enough, she was quite fussy and difficult from the very get go! However, Stephanie exhausted every strategy that she had in order to calm, soothe and satiate my 10 day old daughter! In the end she captured AMAZING photographs of our newborn that I will truly cherish for the rest of my life. Stephanie is incredibly gifted with her photography skills but these go hand in hand with her outstanding ability to understand children and their specific needs for the photoshoot. We recently had a maternity session and then a newborn session with Stephanie. Both photo shoots were wonderful experiences. Stephanie was able to work with our schedules and took the time to get to know us in order to capture the exact style we were looking for in the shoot. I have been searching for a good photographer to capture our only child's milestones as he grows. We made the best decision choosing Millie Jean Photography to do our daughter's cake smash photo session. The photos Stephanie took are stunning. She was so easy going and adapted so well to our busy daughter as she walked around the room dropping cake as she went! Stephanie's ability to capture these candid moments was amazing. Many of those photos turned out to be our favourite ones. I loved the set she provided, and it complimented the theme we wanted perfectly. Stephanie was very patient,creative, and provided lots of suggestions. She gave us a ton of variety of photos. The turn around time to get the photos back was incredibly fast as well. We are having a very hard time choosing which photos we want~ what a problem to have! Stephanie turned an idea I had (my sons passion for superheroes) into a fun, exciting experience for him. He didn’t fake a smile, as his jumped, ran, and flexed for all the pictures. He was his true self for her, and it is captured in every picture, making each shot priceless. She went over and above for this theme, spending hours making wall decals to make the shoot authentic. We just had our maternity and newborn session for our first baby in Jan/Feb. Stephanie was amazing for both, accommodating us and making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted with both sessions! We had a wonderful experience with Stephanie - she managed 2 toddlers, a baby and 6 adults amazingly for a family photography session in May 2018. It was an absolute dream working with Millie Jean Photography for our newborn photos. Stephanie was so accommodating from the start with dates when our little one took his time before deciding to meet us! When we arrived the studio was relaxing and comfortable. Stephanie literally to care of everything from the moment we walked in the door - making for a very relaxing experience.
