Best local gym by far! So many classes to choose from including virtual trainer classes. Nice big studio, large selection of free weights, fixed weights, smith machines, functional training area, suspension trainers, smith machines and much more. Definitely worth a visit. Milli is one amazing PT! I came to her at the start of the year and told her of my plan to climb Kilimanjaro during the Summer. I then also gave her my long list of dodgy body parts. Milli worked her magic and was able to get me strong and fit enough to get up and down the mountain without injury or pain, and even enjoy it!!! Milli listens to her clients needs and adapts her sessions and training plans to achieve above and beyond your expectations. It's the morning after the night before and making the journey up 4 flights of stairs to my desk was brutal to say the least. This is Milli's fault. I blame her entirely because she pushed me to 4 new PB's in a single session. I know I now have muscles because they all hurt. We measure success in kilos beasted, not kilos lost, and slices of Colin the Caterpillar* earned. But this is me, whatever works for you is all good by her. She'll make you work, sweat and at times want to puke. But she'll make you do it with a smile on your face and you'll come back for more. *other caterpillar-shaped confectionary is available. Edited to add: I also had to admit to her this morning that she featured heavily in my dreams last night (I doubt very much in the way you're thinking). Now, I don't know if this was due to increased cortisol levels due to the above beasting and very meagre jacket potato I ate when I got home or because my subconscious mind equates her to a small dictator in disguise or simply because she's awesome: But while being chased by Vladimir Putin riding a bear down a railway siding, she was with me every step of the way. #teamwork #fitnessgoals #quadsquad More...

I’ve been training with Millie now for over 4months. She has helped me build so much more self confidence and I have managed to do things I didn’t think I would be capable of. She’s so supportive and is always checking up on me even out of the gym. She’s a great laugh and makes it enjoyable when we have our sessions. I’ve been training with Milli for nearly 10 weeks and I’ve honestly never felt better - not only has my fitness improved but also my confidence.
I was embarrassed to even step foot in to a gym before I started with Milli but with every session I’ve learnt new exercises and bettered my technique. I can now confidently work out on my own, and (here’s something I never thought I’d say) I look forward to our Tuesday sessions as I always walk out of the gym feeling like I’ve worked as hard as I physically could, each week smashing my PBs.
I absolutely can’t recommend Milli enough, if your looking for a PT - she’s your girl!

I have been a member of Snap in Tonbridge for about 4 months now & its the best £30 a month I have ever spent. Wide range of machines and equipment, I attend the Move it classes at no extra cost! Both Ben & Amy are fabulous at what they do, very welcoming & helpful in all aspects, gym equipment, diet plans, different classes they teach, little chats. One of the biggest Snap Fitness locations I've visited so far. Selection of machines is generous and quality of equipment is relatively high. Snap has a nice atmosphere, all of the staff are lovely and helpful. It is always clean. The machines are good and are explained well, the shower facilities are nice and you can have as much or as little input from the staff as you want. I highly recommend it!
