What makes a great website?
First, your website should reflect your brand and tell your story. To do that you need to collaborate with a designer who listens to you and really tries to understand your business, your market, and your goals.
Second, your website should function well for both people and search engines. Content and functionality need to be compelling for your audience, and "tick the boxes" for the robots that find and rank your site for search engines.
Third, your website should do the job you want it to do. You need to know what you expect from your site, and have a plan to assess it's performance. A great website is goal oriented!

Who has done a good job with a similar project?
Describe your creative process.
1. Listen - have a conversation with the client to learn about their business, their project, their goals and expectations.
2. Proposal - provide a comprehensive project estimate with outline of project components, timeline, and costs. If you like the proposal and want to proceed with the project, I ask for a Project Deposit.
3. Preliminary Stage - develop initial concepts, sketches, and plans
4. Refinement Stage - after getting feedback and further materials and instructions from client, I refine the work on the project
5. Final Stage
6. Payment
