Northwood team in Wolverhampton (trading as Millennium properties) is really very good and helpful. Mahomed leads and the culture of helping attitude filters to the whole team, TJ in Lettings and Daniel in maintenance are really good people. The attention to details when letting my property recently was amazing. Everything was listed and shared to mention the "good and not so good" attention by previous tenants. Absolutely shocking company AVOID, they have taken 800 pounds of my daughters deposit even though evidence was provided on the itinerary of the state of the property, 285 to redecorate, 280 cleaning and more totally unprofessional director thought it was acceptable to let a funeral procession leave the property when the landlady didn't even ask the tenant WRONG please use a reputable letting agent not these
