The job was to disconnect my condo dishwasher with no removal or disposal. Total cost $391.66 so basically $400. A little on the pricey side. They claimed that there were issues with the drain under the sink but there weren't any issues for the past 20 years and everything looked clean and in good order to my eyes. They did what was asked and then more that wasn't asked for. They said they wouldn't charge for the extra stuff so I let them do it to get the job finished. They didn't send me the invoice for the "some more" part of the job until after I complained about the double charge on my credit card. Everything is said and done. They Double Charged. Mirza came to our rescue today when we woke up to a giant flood in our kitchen. He was very punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed the issue and even pulled out the source of the problem from far in the pipes which reassured us that the clog was indeed fixed. I had amazing drainage service from Rob H of Milani. He persevered against what seemed to be pretty insurmountable odds getting my drain unclogged in an older home with now extinct plumbing. Rob was never without a backup plan and worked diligently through the problem until he met success.
