Nathalie truly has a gift for interior design. She weaves in her ideas with your needs and makes comfortable and practical choices that don’t sacrifice beauty. The end result looks staged for a magazine as it all comes together with a wow factor. A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! Highly recommended. Nathalie and her team performed a full remodel of my beachfront condo. She was always very professional and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Even the building personnel commented on how professional and on top of things she was. This made the whole process much easier. The project started with mostly a full kitchen remodel, new flooring throughout the unit, and new doors for the entire unit. I felt so comfortable with the job she was doing that we extended the project to include new flooring for the balcony and a full master bath and closet remodel. This involved a lot of planning and design work, building permitting and city permitting and she handled it all extremely well. She has a solid and reliable team who all did excellent work.Nathalie’s process is very communicative and efficient. Since I don’t live full-time in Miami Beach we communicated over the phone, email and text. She always accommodated my preference of communication based on my work schedule. She would listen to my ideas and always provided me with her direct feedback so we can arrive at the right decision. I felt it very helpful that she always had a point of view which helped me understand her vision for the unit. When we had choices to make related to furniture, door styles, bathroom or kitchen hardware or cabinets, paint colors etc she either texted me or emailed me my options and we would discuss my preferences or share our thoughts on them and make all decisions very efficiently. In the end, the finished project significantly exceeded my expectations. I had no idea the remodel would look as beautiful as it does. She also handled everything from the major work even down to the staging at the end, furniture selection, towels, kitchenware, artwork etc. I literally just walked into a completely finished unit ready to be enjoyed. My realtor that I used to purchase the unit provided 3 recommendations for potential interior designers and I met all 3. I selected Nathalie based on the vision she provided for the unit and some of the initial suggestions she made which made it clear to me that she knows what she's doing and I would be in good hands.I highly recommend Nathalie and I will not hesitate to use her again when the need arises.
