Michael has been a great help to me.. I used have problems with how much food I should actually eat and what food with be good with my dietry. I’ve been Fighting my own personal life health battles ever since I had muscular deformities in my feet that required many surgeries in my childhood to the time I was the Fat kid in school to know where I was diagnosed with a form of epilepsy that only comes about in my sleep at least once or perhaps twice a week.
I am also passionate about anything that supports personal Health and wellbeing for the entire family and to try to replace as many harmful products and chemicals that I used to purchase for home cleaning, personal health care and cooking as these can alter anything from messing up hormonal imbalances to making us vulnerable to illnesses such as cancer, depression and breathing disorders.

I combine vitamins and supplements into my health programs ( if you wish to ) that I’ve used and recommend for managing hunger cravings, reinforcing your immune system from anything from anti-aging, uplift your mood, boost your energy levels, focus and concentration, hunger cravings, boost your metabolism, cleansing & detoxing your body, boost your immune system, lose weight, regulate blood sugar imbalances, relax the body and so much more.

I have experienced depression, confidence issues where I hated myself and hated what I had become. I depend on everyone because of my Illness.

These personal experiences have allowed me to build a tougher and stronger character and mindset. I have to overcome feelings that lower my self-esteem and confidence every week from seizures. which also involve paralysing all my muscle including my lunges where I can't breathe and can't move till I Pass out till I wake up the next day. I never really know if I will wake up the next day? But I don't let this stop me from doing what I want to achieve we all have to overcome the obstacles that get in our way, But I know that the power of our minds empowers the effects of our actions. I live each day as if it was my last and I want to share with you how to master the positive attitude that I have achieved and to help you put it into getting into the best shape of your life.

I am not your average Trainer! -- I am Fun, excited to train with as I always try to make it non-boring as possible. I make it into an adventure and a journey that you can look back on. I am trustworthy, I am your friend, mentor and trainer. I am full of energy and enthusiasm. I train you hard and plan the optimal fitness program to achieve your results. I am a Commercial Fitness Instructor with the Gym group located in Sutton. Yes - I've been making this an option over Covid-19 Lockdown and restructured my business to help everyone with an internet connection to work with me.

I am only Training clients in face to face in Banstead and all sessions are outdoors at Nork Park. and online. The social distancing of 2 metres will be required at all times.
