Confidence is a key element in business, and for that matter, in life.
There is no finer feeling in business than to feel part of a successful team, who work for and with each other toward the common goal. It’s exhilarating, it’s fun to come to work, we don’t mind spending long hours in the saddle and it doesn’t even feel like work!
Conversely, most employees know that’s how they’re supposed to feel, but all too often, a lack of confidence in themselves and in the direction of the team leads to fake pronouncements, cynicism and lack of belief.

Definition – “Mindfulness is paying attention in a particular way on purpose. In the present moment & non -judgementally – Jon Kabat Zinn.
Mindfulness, the practice of staying aware and in sync with yourself and your surroundings often characterized by sitting in total silence with legs crossed, eyes shut and palms facing upwards, would seem like something only monks would appreciate. But mindfulness is a practice that all of us could use, especially in our stressful, fast-paced lives.
