Hannah's boot camp on a Wednesday is always a good challenging workout that makes you feel great after the session. Hannah is very encouraging whilst giving us advice on ways in which we can push ourselves harder to get the best results of our work out. My wife and myself went to Mike to get motivation to help us get fit and shed a few pounds,Mike has a great way of getting you focused on your end gaols without you realising it! Mike guided me to my optimum weight and shape for my wedding in the summer with interesting and varied workouts. His advice on diet and nutrition were also really valuable whilst being realistic. I enjoyed it so much that I have continued training post wedding to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. Excellent trainers with a great knowledge of the anatomy, physical exercise and nutrition. I am nearly 70 and with 2 artificial hips and 1 artificial knee and they manage to keep me going, so that I can cycle, ski and umpire hockey matches, not at the same time of course!!
