Taekwon-Do is the Korean martial art of Self Defense. In Taekwon-Do we focus on building a better YOU by teaching you the fundamentals of our martial art. You will gain balance, speed, power, coordination, self control, self esteem and proper breathing techniques through fundamental techniques, patterns, sparring, self defense techniques and dallyon (korean word for forging).

Booked a party in the main gym for my 9 yr old and nearly 20 of her friends. Excellent experience. Parents get to monkey around with the kids and a host (Alex was AMAZING! ) helps entertain the kids for an entire 80 minutes. As the party planner, I was able to have fun and enjoy the party too. Great selection of cardio equipment and weights.
If you are considering a preschool for your children-check out Paramount Preschool! The teacher and aides are fantastic! The learning environment is stimulating for the children and there is constant teacher-parent communication which is so important when sending your children off to their first school experience!!

Had my daughter's 16 party here yesterday we did the triple play. Nick and Dakota took over in the court room and had them ALL playing games including chicken in the hen house and sharks and minnows. Then the rock wall with 20 youth and some adults everyone had time to attempt to climb to the top. Then we ended in the gym where there was plenty to do and try for everyone. There was so much fun had by all and I loved all the laughter I heard with the teens. Nick was awesome we even got a group photo. He checked in to make sure we didn't need anything in the party room and wanted to make sure everyone was having fun. Also very affordable for all the fun everyone had. Thomas was by far the reason we will continue to come to this Ninja Gym. He was super amazing at showing everyone the equipment.
..and great about showing them how to use it to the best of their ability. He was patient and kind, and very personable.
The gym was clean, well organized, and safe! I say safe because we have been to other ninja gyms that had free weights under the equipment, not enough mats, no mats, etc. I felt ok letting my son try each of the obstacles and conquer what he could.

8+ years after graduating from Penn Tech I still think about this Pizza. We basically lived off their pizza. As an Italian in central PA I have tried 100s of places. This place is my favorite all time, glad to see they are still there. I will say you have to like a greasy pizza. I do recall some people would ring out their slice before eating. Our family enjoys the Ninja Warrior classes here. We have also been to a few birthday parties here and they were ran well. We have been pleased with all the coaches. They do well encouraging the kids. I have found myself frustrated with the front desk a few times. They are all friendly enough but often can't assist me with simple transaction like monthly payments. More...

Super fun kidmazium you can rent for parties and have a party room too. Staff is often helpful if a bit inconsistent, and there are lots of other features and options for the fitness-minded if you're close to the area.
