Im a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. Over the past 10 years I have worked with a variety of clients, ranging from academy sports teams to busy professionals, and always like to work with a results-driven approach.
I have worked extensively assessing and treating injuries and work closely with physiotherapists, osteopaths and other trainers to achieve the best results for my clients.
It’s no good training hard if your diet’s not up to scratch, and so I work closely with my clients to ensure their diet complements their training program.
I am REPs registered and fully insured and can train you online, at home, a local park or one of my central London PT studios!

Mike is a great PT.Our weekly sessions together are fun, tailored to my goals and really varied and he clearly has a wealth of knowledge backing up everything we do. He's motivating without being at all pushy and I feel totally safe as he's very careful about form and checking for injuries/strains. He's very flexible about where and when we train and just generally great company.He also designed a couple of workouts for me to do in my own time which were tailored not only to my goals but also to the equipment and times available to me, which I really appreciated. I've even enjoyed those workouts far more than others I've done alone before because there's more structure and accountability and I'm confident that I'm doing the right things in the right way for my goals.I've been really pleased with the results after only about 2 months (after years of half hearted strength training with no really guidance, it was just a month before Mike had me finally doing full push ups!) and it was a great bonus that he's taken measurements and recorded my performance along the way so I can see the results so far in cold hard numbers.I would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone. I am so pleased I chose Mike to be my personal trainer! I was a bit nervous as I wanted a trainer to come to my home which could have been wierd, and have a history of lower back issues and scoliosis so I wanted to make sure the workouts were suitable. Mike is brilliant, he has put together a varied programme of exercises that are both fun and effective. I'm 16 sessions in and am really impressed with the results and feel great. Mike is an outstanding PT. He's reliable, professional and a great communicator and his personal training sessions are consistently demanding, interesting and personally-tailored to ensure they are as effective as possible for the individual.
His knowledge of injury rehab has also come in handy more than once, and integrates extremely well with his training. In my case, he's helped me to rehab a number of minor sports injuries and, crucially, to keep training around them, enabling me to maintain fitness and recover more quickly than would otherwise have been possible.
He's also provided a clear, structured programme to recover and rehab from more serious injury over the longer-term. I had a number of personal training sessions with Mike at the end of 2015. I found him to be extremely helpful and down to earth. He challenged me to do things that were difficult but did not set me training targets that were totally beyond my reach. Perhaps most importantly, he gave me the confidence to try out a number of different exercise classes which have proved very beneficial. The only reason that I did not carry on training with him was because I started to spend a lot of time out of London so it was simply not convenient - otherwise I would have readily continued to use him as a PT. Personal Training with Mike is just awesome. I was unmotivated and complex about my weight, until i met Mike. In six weeks, I started noticing a positive change in my appearance and i became more confident. Mike is a hard worker, (knowing my health problems) he really focused on helping me achieve my goals and by giving the tools to grow such as different home exercises and small diet tips to keep me fit. Every session is challenging, innovative and fun. My fitness has increased and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete different exercises such as pilate and cardio. Mike is extremely jovial, reliable and punctual. He always set up and ready to start training on time, with an exercise routine planned.
