Miele Family Catering & Personal Chef Service

It is my pleasure to recommend classically trained Personal Chef (graduate of the CIA), Vivian Miele. I recently discovered her from a business colleague of mine who spoke highly about her convenient meals and wide range of cuisines.

My husband and I are very busy professionals with 4 growing and active boys. We travel as a family frequently to the Orlando area for business and take our kids with us. We love to eat home and not deal with the stress of restaurants, unhealthy foods and long waits. However, with work, school and sports we found it convenient at times to enjoy the simple pleasure of eating professionally prepared food at home as a family.

First, let me start by saying what a pleasure it was to speak with Chef Vivian. She is friendly, flexible, and very easy to work with. She is able to prepare any meal we are craving. She makes everything extremely easy for us by labeling all the food she prepares. My husband loves how organized and packed the fridge is! Vivian can precook it or have it uncooked (we like meats to be marinated sometimes - my eldest son loves to grill sometimes!!!)
