Midwest replaced our heat/AC which was very old. The price was reasonable and the installation was on time and quick, The technicians were professional and after they left you could not tell they were there bc they removed all trash from the job. I recommend highly.

All of the crew worked in a professional manner. They were very courteous. We were kept informed at each step. They also were accommodating when we requesting an added step. They cleaned up the work site each time they left. The quality of the job was excellent.The only complaint was against the company itself, not the workers. They did not convey the amount of time it would take to finish the job. It took them almost 3 weeks to get the job started. This was a shower install, so we could not shower during that time. Then when the installers were done, we had to wait the weekend to get the tile delivered. It's going to take a week to install and be able to use the shower. So, it's going to be almost 6 weeks before we can use the shower. More...

I had forgotten to get a summer AC check on our AC system. I called to schedule an appointment, and they said that they had a cancellation that day. So, I accepted. The technician was very nice and came out early afternoon and checked everything out. He explained everything. He was very professional, and it was not like talking to a salesman. Kassel remodeled my kitchen and bathroom while I was out of town. When I came back, I checked everything and all was in order. I brought up some things I did not like and the project manager took notes and fixed the issues. They never asked me for more money unless I changed my mind on the finishing materials. The designer was awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable. Kassel Construction was very professional and honest which is a positive surprise for South Florida.
