What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is that no two jobs are the same, there is always a good variation in the work that I do. I can be typing a focus group meeting one day, a police interview the next day and then maybe some letters and emails for a solicitor the next day. As they say "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get next", and that is the same for transcription work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had far more to offer than in my previous employment. I was a plant that had outgrown its pot and needed to stretch my roots.
