I rented a house from Midland Letting and I lived there for 3 years and 2 months. I had a pretty good experience with the staff of the agency starting with John who took me to view the house, Sal who attended to most of the issues I had while living there (and he also did my moving-out checks), Shamin and Ryan who sorted out my contract renewal and other documentation. They were pretty easy to work with and contact; I never had to pester them to get something fixed once I reported it broken. I also had a great Landlord; he'd even come all the way from Scotland to do the Garden. Finally, I got my deposit in less than 2 weeks from the date I moved out. So, overall, I had a very good experience and so did a friend I recommended to them. So, I would recommend Midland Letting to anyone without any reservation. More...
