Romeo and the Midcity Plumbers team saved the day for us a few weeks ago! Cannot recommend their services enough!! We were doing some landscaping in our yard and accidentally cut the main water line to our house. Absolute disaster. If there's anyone who needs help with furnace or plumbing for their home or business, I would highly recommend Stephen from MidCity Plumbers.
Before New Years, my family had been coping with our broken furnace through the cold winter. We'd tried a couple of repairman (byebye $$ ) and none could properly diagnose and fix the problem. Finally, a friend recommended MidCity Plumbers.
Stephen was able to quickly schedule a time to come fix my family's furnace and VOILA! we have heat again! Then two weeks later, the furnace acted up again-with a different problem. I texted Stephen and he immediately called back to help me fix the issue (he did not charge me for this service). He spent a whole hour, patiently and professionally, troubleshooting the issue with the amateur-me over the phone. Thankfully, we found the problem and fixed the furnace! He gave me an A+ on my effort today [PS. Thank you Stephen for not giving up on me!]
Stephen and his team are the best. He takes care of my family like his own. I would go to him for all other problems. Highly recommend him!

I'm not sure what other reviewers are saying but my experience was the complete opposite. They must be confusing this business with another. I'm extremely happy with the work they did on my toilet. I had a small clog that took no time to get fixed. Stephen and his son Tyson were polite, considerate, and extremely professional. I had no issues. Stephen is extremely passionate about his work and takes pride in what he does for his customers. His customer service is top notch, I can tell right away from his phone call. I work in customer service so I really appreciate it when great customer service is given to me and this team did just that. Give them a call, they won't disappoint. Thanks guys!!! More...

Stephen and his staff were as good as they come. Friendly, prompt, and  professional. My father is a pensioner in bad health and they came in and not only diagnosed and repaired the burst pipe efficiently but they also pointed out other materials used to save money in the original construction and made upgrades to prevent a future disaster. Stephen accurately diagnosed the plumbing issue that caused the basement flood, and promptly repaired it. Further to that he also pointed out issues that would possibly cause future problems and repaired those. He was professional and very fair. I'd recommend these guys any time. More...

MidCity Plumbers is outstanding. After a different company sent two different technicians over three or four visits and Failed to find the problem, Steven from MidCity Plumbers not only correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone, but indicated which furnace component was causing the problem. A quick search on the net yielded a simple no-risk fix, which I implemented without a problem and presto, problem fixed! This saved me a lot of time and money. I called Paul on a Sunday evening, and he was here the next morning bright and early.I hired him to install a a high-end Kohler kitchen faucet I purchased from home depot. Called Paul at 8:30am on Saturday for a clogged toilet. Â He was over by 9:30am and had the problem fixed by 9:45am. Â Professional, polite and well priced. Would recommend to anyone.
