Yesterday I called to Midas to schedule an appointment and I asked about oil change, the sales person told me that my car needs full synthetic oil, my first impression I thought that it was a put together to make me spend more, however the sales person explained to me that it was to my own concern because I must keep full synthetic in order to do not loose my power train warranty, so I decided to go ahead, when I got there they offered me 10 bucks discount + tire check, brake check and balance, guess what? They just got a new customer and for sure many referrals, what have they done to deserve that?
