What makes a great website?
A great website converts. Websites no longer can just be "an online brochure" if you want to beat your competition. Yes, they need to be visually appealing to your target audience, but a great website is more than a pretty face -- it's your most valuable asset to growing your business online.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
1. What are your goals?
2. Who are the people you most want to do business with?
3. Budget & Timeline?
Describe your creative process.
1. Ideally, we start with the brand and messaging strategy. The better we know who you're trying to do business with, the better chance we have at connecting with them through your website.
2. Website structure & visual design. This includes setting up a sitemap, wireframes and any necessary page mockups.
3. Building the website. Our developers build out everything we've laid out for them in the previous stage.
4. Revisions. Any changes that need to be made are made to the design, copywriting, images, etc...
5. Testing & launch. We test for bugs on all devices, browsers, and screen sizes, then launch the website once we have final approval.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
It really depends on what we're helping you with. At the very least, we'll need to establish who you want to reach, what your goals are, what timeframe we're working with, and how much you're able to invest in marketing your company.

I love being able to use what I'm best at to help business owners figure out how to successfully leverage their online presence to grow their company.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We saw a gap in the marketplace where small businesses either have to figure out their marketing themselves, take a risk on (often) unprofessional freelancers, or fork out crazy amounts of money to work with an agency. We built Flyrise to stand in that gap and help small business owners thrive online.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, our team is fully remote and we conduct all our meetings via Zoom. Most other communication is done via email or phone call as needed. We occasionally send a Loom video to present or give instructions that require a little more detail than we can provide in writing.
