I work here and there have been many changes, these people who write bad reviews are part of the changes as they are poor care workers which this company let go. The problem with the industry is these bad care workers just move from company to company. I also attended this application porocess and it obviously provids Midas Care the opportunity to determine if the position is right for the applicant. Too many people apply for jobs in care without realising the responsibilities involved and too many people make it through the process due to some care agencies being prepared to take on anyone. Just because you have a great cv and look good on paper does not make you a good carer. Hats off to any care agency that is prepared to extend the process to ensure they recruit quality rather than quantity. More...
