The people at Mid-South were super to work with! There was a slight hiccup when Mae left, but Emily Preisendanz stepped in immediately and kept our bathroom remodeling project on track. We dealt with Emily Preisendanze and she was terrific. She is very, creative, knowledgeable about materials and highly professional in every way. There was a lot of angst in making decisions for a sizeable investment in new cabinets and countertops and Emily was most helpful during the entire process. Even after decisions were made and the orders placed, construction complications required changes in the kitchen's designs and Emily was very accommodating in making the necessary adjustments.
