We had Gillian as a mediator.She was professional and calm in what was not a very pleasant meeting.She coped with foul language and tantrums not from myself I might add. We did settle and unfortunately my ex husband wished to change the details (by. Text) after we had paid and agreed the memorandom of finance.Therefore it was finalised by expensive solicitors . My son also attended counselling at Mid and found Steph to be of great assistance to his emotional well being. All in all a lovely place including the office staff but it was not going to be achieved with a client of that nature. More...

The people at mid were very good. My wife and I were finally able to talk through our issues, it really helps having a third person in the room who is trained to do this. Although it took a few attempts to come to a proper agreement, I'm very glad now that we went for mediation. More...
