About

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) with a Masters degree in Therapeutic Counselling. I have a passion for helping people and have always been someone that listens well. My counselling approach is integrative which means I use a variety of different methods to suit clients' needs, as appropriate.

Mental health is being addressed by the NHS and government with increasing urgency. Everyone has times when they feel that their problems are getting on top of them and not enough has been done in the past to support this. I have spent a number of years working in the NHS for GP surgeries in the southeast and have worked with a wide variety of clients. I have also worked with children and young people in both school and university settings.
