50 CHICKEN KEBABS (ALL WHITE BREASTS)
THIS PACKAGE WILL INCLUDE FRESHLY BAKED ROLLS,
HOME-MADE STUFFING AND APPLE SAUCE
SALAD, ONIONS, CHEESE, CREAMY CRUNCHY COLESLAW AND SAUCES
This would cater for 150 to 200 guests for less than £5.00 per head all in with staff plates and cleared away

What inspired you to start your own business?
After many many years of working hard for various hotels restaurants and caterers i felt the time to start
a new family venture was right and to be able to put my own stamp on the way it is done
