CLPM definitely helped us save money on our building project. They helped us refine our architectural plans so that they were cheaper to build - and meant we could actually afford our project. They organised all of the tender for us which was a huge amount of work and meant we got 3 decent quotes to choose from and negotiate against. We then had a project manager oversee all the works for us - checking it was done correctly to the plans. He also checked the invoices to make sure they were correct which was very reassuring. If any problems cropped up he helped us make the best decisions. Money well spent as I think CLPM saved us much more than the fees in the end. We had our wedding at Micklefield on 6th May 2018 and it was perfect in every way!
Throughout the planning stages Anna and Jamie were so helpful - they were very patient with my hundreds of questions and really helped us to shape the day into exactly what we wanted it to be.
Then on the day, they were like ninjas, hiding in the background but making sure everything ran smoothly. We must also credit the staff throughout the wedding day, working behind the bar etc. they were all fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We were also able to store our things and go back to collect them the next morning, which meant we didn’t have to worry on our wedding night about loading up the van or packing things away.
The venue itself was just amazing. We were married in the barn, had photos on the top lawn and throughout the grounds and held the reception in the barn too. As it was a gloriusly sunny day we were really able to utilise all the grounds and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful it was. The bridal suite was also perfect for getting ready.
We have already started getting some of the professional photos back from the day and they are stunning. What a fantastic jewel of a venue.

I went to a wedding here last weekend and I must say the barn is a spectacular building and the service and food was excellent but being an evening guest I was a little disappointed that the bar shut at 11:30pm

We had a corporate party here last week. It was a terrific location and great to get away from the city. Also conveniently located, a 10 minute drive to the nearest tube station.
The grounds are gorgeous. Be sure to walk around and explore!

I was there for a Hindu wedding in July. Very nice and very big estate. Great place for outdoor weddings and big parties--of course on dry, warm and sunny days.
Ample parking available.
The postcode provided is no good for navigation by Google Maps--you'll end up at a gate which is normally kept locked.
