Repointing
His response time was very good and he started the job quickly. Before he started the job I told him what needed to be done (some repointing on one side of the house) and I also mentioned to him that there is some water leaking in possibly from the edge around the window. He kept telling me that all of this wouldn't be a problem, so we hired him. After completing the work I pointed out to him that a) he left a mess, b) the finish looked rushed and c) he didn't finish around the window. He promised me that the water leak was fixed with the work he had done but soon later when it rained it leaked in again. He promised he would come out and fix it but this was 3 weeks ago. He keeps putting me off. All he did was talking the talk without actually looking after his costumers. I am not happy and wouldn't recommend him again! More...
