They easily fed all 400 of our employees quickly and efficiently. We love working with Adam and the crew. I don't even know where to start.  I was charged with finding a caterer in the Ontario area to service the Grand Opening event for my company.  I live in ATLANTA.  I didn't know Mickey's Catering at all. I was at Adam's mercy.  He promised excellent food and great service.  He knocked it waaaay OUT of the park!  He not only provided the best, tastiest food I've ever put in my mouth, but provided chairs for the opening ceremony, for both guests and the speakers on stage.  He provided all the standing tables for dining, the linens (in our corporate colors of course!), the registration tables, red carpet - EVERYTHING!  One of our sponsors came and didn't bring ice for THEIR beverage display and Adam knew it was almost show time and he offered to run out and get ice for us.  Seriously?  WAY above and beyond.  They were prompt, organized, fast set up, very professional, curteous.... I could just go on and on.  This is a family owned/operated business and it is very apparent they take pride in their business.  They took our event to the next level.  Their pricing was extremely fair and the food and services provided were well worth the money.  He took so much stress off my plate - he was my Iife saver!  I HIGHLY recommend Adam and his team at Mickey's Catering.  I have passed around his flyers at all my SoCal locations. Mickey's Catering team and Adam did a awesome job at my wedding! I chose the BBQ dishes and it was delicious! Everyone at my wedding made such great comments and went back for 2nd's. Not to mention we had a guest count of about 400 people and everyone was served quickly! These guys are the true meaning of professional catering and I will of course continue to do business with them in the future! Adam and his staff were quick to setup and the food was really good. We contracted with Adam for my aunt's 60th surprise birthday.  We had the herbed chicken, string bean medley and mashed potatoes with tossed salad and dinner rolls. Very professional and reaonably priced. So much food. Thank you Mike for feeding us like family, and not skimping on the food. Adam has become a pal through the ordeal of setting up catering for our group's tri-annual event.  Every obstacle one of the old foggies raised was handled with a smile.  The event came, the food was ready as promised, tasted GREAT!, enough to feed everyone a generous helping and a few of the waistline challenged were able to go back for a second helping.Prompt, dependable, always hosting a smile.  Cannot say enough good about this small shop with BIG delivery! We have had Mickey's catering take care of our Christmas lunch for over three years now.We run a three shift operation and have food brought in at three different times for our employees at Response Envelope. They have never let us down on Quality and on time delivery.The food is prepared to the highest standards,And the proof is in how delicious it is.I would highly recommend Adam Cortez and his team any day.Great Job Adam!! We just used Mickey's Catering for our Team Member appreciation luncheon and they hit another Home Run!!!! This time we went for their "world famous" beef brisket, garlic mashed, chicken Alfredo, steamed veggies and bread. On top of that, they served every Team Member.... Now that's service!!! They set up everything, broke it all down and cleaned up after themselves! All for a reasonable price (you get what you pay for). Don't sleep on this owner operated business!!!! I use a lot of catering companies for work and this catering business is by far the best I have ever used.  I've used them on multiple occasions now and I can say without a doubt. .. they are my best catering vendor!  They work with you for pricing and are always on time.  They help me set up completely and I hardly have to do anything.  Best of all, the food tastes absolutely fantastic and the company I work for is delighted with the food!Wouldn't mind having them cater my wedding!
