I stumbled upon this garage 2 years ago, when working in the area, and have had all repairs and MOT's conducted by Mick ever since. His customer service is first rate, even kindly provide a van for use while works were being undertaken. I loved his upfront and honest approach to business. Every time work is conducted, I feel relieved as his prices are incredibly fair and you feel you have got the most out of your money. Fantastic garage! Even though I am no longer working in this area, I will certainly be returning for future MOT's and repairs, as this is, by far, the fairest, most reliable and trustworthy garage I have ever come across. I could not have been happier with the service i received from Mick and his team. I broke down on the A50 with my 2 year old son in the car and it was snowing outside. I called Mick and he was with me in 10 minutes. He towed me to his garage, gave me a courtesy car and my car was fixed and ready to pick up the very next day. Mick was absolutely great. Following a breakdown we had the car recovered home. Unsure who to call we took a chance on MW, and were not disappointed. Mick came and picked the car up the next day, and had it fixed and dropped back on our drive the same day. Faultless service at a fair price, couldn’t do enough for us. Great serviceCame here to get diagnosis for why my engine oil pressure light was popping up. It turned out that it only needed a cleanse of engine and pipes, whereas some repair shops were suggesting it to be a Head Basket failure, which would have been quite expensive. I got the car back the next day.
