Someone once said "the way a person does anything is pretty much the way they do everything".

So, I ring Michelle and asked for a quotation for a painting and decorating job and she rings back minutes later.

She arrives the next day five minutes early.

She promises a competitive quotation and a confirmed start date for that evening… And delivers as promised!
