What do you love most about your job?
I believe that each day clients are one step closer to feeling empowered and creating a positive path to growth and well-being. My goal is to help clients uncover their true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. My background in middle and high school guidance, coupled with experience in individual and family therapy, allows me to offer a full gamut of therapeutic interventions. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve life challenges.
What inspired you to start your own business?
By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, together we can uncover long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding clients back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
